Historic Canterbury with its wonderful Cathedral, department stores and shops is only 7 miles distant. Ramsgate, Margate & Broadstairs 15 miles. Dover for trips to France etc 23 miles.
The house is situated next door to a Rest Home. It has off road parking for up to 3 cars.
The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a lobby and WC with the entrance hall leading to a kitchen, lounge (TV with Freeview The Kitchen has, Fridge/Freezer, Halogen Hob cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher and a Washing Machine. A separate dining room with french doors lead to a patio with bench table and the private lawned garden with fruit trees and lawn: Apples, pears and plums available to pick when in season.
On the upper floor there is a Bathroom with WC, Bath and separate Shower and 3 bedrooms ( 2 double rooms and one twin) that can accommodate up to 6 persons plus a child in a cot.
