Charming two bedroom cottage in the beautiful and historic village of Nether Heyford. Built in approx 1860 as a haberdashery shop, it was converted into a residential property in 2005.

The property comprises of lounge, dining room and kitchen to the ground floor. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds in it.

Benefits include central heating, fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble drier, 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, Sky T.V., cd player, fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a roll-top bath. The cottage is sympathetically furnished to a high standard, with many pieces of antique furniture. There is also many original features, including beams and exposed brick work.

To the rear of the property there is a private patio garden with table and chairs.

The village has a well stocked grocery store, butcher, hairdresser and two public houses both of which serve food. Nether Heyford also has the largest village green in the country.

Nether Heyford is situated just 2 miles from juntion 16 of the M1 motorway, and is close to many local attractions, including, Silverstone, Althorp House and Towcester races.
