The Stables is a 3 bed property with the less abled in mind which can sleep 6-8 peoply(sofa bed in living room). The property is situated within the grounds of the owners' 17th century thatched farmhouse, in a group of five converted barns.
Hidden from the road the Stables can offer a quiet weekend getaway or a family holiday close to all the amenities North Devon can offer, whether it's walking, cycling, golf, surfing or just relaxing. The property has parking for 2/3 cars.
The ramped entrance leads to the front stable door with low thresholds and extra wide doors.
Downstairs is a double bedroom with sleigh bed and an ensuite wetroom with tower shower. The large fully fitted kitchen/diner has a farmhouse table that seats 8 people. In the lounge there are two and three seater sofas, a three seater sofa bed and coffee tables. There is a large woodburner to take the chill off winter evenings. French doors lead out onto the fully enclosed decked garden with raised flower bed, garden furniture and barbeque.
Upstairs the double room has a sleigh bed, whilst the bunk-bedded room has an extra single bed, each of the beds in this room are 3ft wide. The light and airy bathroom is fitted with a double ended whirlpool bath complete with mixer shower.

Directions
From Junction 27 on the M5 take the A361 towards Banstaple. After approx. 22 miles you will come to North Aller roundabout with the Northgate Inn on the left(this is the third roundabout on the A361. Take the B3226 towards South Molton. After approx 100 yds turn right onto the road signposted to Filleigh, Hill Village (do not follow Chittlehampton sign at this stage. Drive through Filleigh then turn left towards Chittlehampton,after passing the village hall and school, (this is Church Cross, there is a red telephone box on the grass triangle. Follow the lane to the T-Junction of Barton Cross(North Furze Farm, turn left towards Chittlehampton. Keep on this lane following a sharp right bend at Lerwell Beech Tree Cross. Take the next right turn at Furze Cross, then almost immediatley turn left into Lerwell Farm.
